AT THE TOP OF SMART WORKERS CHOICES #ALPSWORKING

The pandemic has strongly accelerated the massive adoption of smart/remote working which, from being an emergency means, is becoming a new approach to work for many categories of workers.

The Alps have a strong attraction for Italian and foreign smart workers, therefore this phenomenon will be an opportunity for growth, limiting depopulation and relaunching even the most remote territories by encouraging long stays and promoting deep tourism .

The opening of co-working/incubators in the deindustrialized valleys, in addition to smart working, will also support the development of enterprises as well as the establishment of start-ups and SMEs specialising in the Alpine economy.

It is certainly time (with the support of PNRR funds) to organize and infrastructure the Alpine territories so that all those who can work remotely and create digital companies, can do it in the valleys and villages.
